All About Johnny

The new Owner (Johnny Bryant) has been in the Sewing Industry since 1973. He started out working in a factory spreading cloth. The owner of the factory took an interest in him and asked him to repair Sewing Machine. Thus the journey begins……

After several yrs. working with shirts, dresses, jeans etc. he finally moved up to head mechanic in a factory making Fleece apparel. After 14 yrs. of employment the factory closed due to the NAFTA .He then went to work for a distributor in Charlotte NC repairing and setting up equipment. After a few yrs. he was contacted by Brother International Corp. and offered a position as a Technical Engineer. This entailed traveling around the USA, Canada, and Latin America setting up equipment and doing service for the company. Lo and behold after 5 to 6 yrs. he received the call from his boss giving him a choice of early retirement or moving to the HAD Division. This was a new division being setup to support Home Sewing Machines.

After deliberating a few days he decided to take the position offered. This is where he shined for the next 20 yrs. or so and was instrumental in the release of several new Brother products including the PR SERIES Machines. Being close friends with Jim Stratton and Jim wanting to retire he handpicked Johnny to Purchase his business. In March of 2015 the sale was finalized and Johnny and Donna took over the business. The business was moved in November of the same year to a new location and here we are today!!!!!!!!
